• Mourns the horrific acts of terror perpetrated by Hamas on October 7, 2023 and calls upon the Government of Israel to prioritize the return of the hostages and the lives of its soldiers and citizens.

• Calls for support for all communities affected by the current war, including in the south and north of Israel, and for reconstruction in Gaza.

• Is committed to pursuing diplomatic solutions to ensure peace, freedom, security and self-determination for all Israelis and Palestinians, and opposes settlement and annexation of the West Bank and violence against innocent civilians which undermine these goals.

• Supports religious and cultural tolerance and pluralism within Israel, amongst Jews and non-Jewish citizens.

• Believes strongly in the role of women as pillars of Israeli society and as peacebuilders for the future.

• Opposes racial, gender, sexual and other forms of discrimination in Israeli society and Jewish communities around the world.

• Is committed to promoting social justice and welfare, education and healthcare, and environmental sustainability in Israel and its neighbouring areas.

• Opposes anti-semitism of all types, including the legitimization of far-right anti-semites by Israeli or Zionist leaders.

• Supports rigorous, multi-dimensional, critical and nuanced Zionist and Israel education programs for youth and adults in Israel and Jewish communities around the world.

• Strives to actualize the vision for Israel in its Declaration of Independence as a state based on the precepts of liberty, justice and peace as taught by the prophets.

• Aspires to an Israel that all Jews can be proud of, as a treasure to preserve and protect for future generations.

• Calls on the Zionist movement, the State of Israel, the Jewish people, and all their institutions to support and vigorously promote all the above values and objectives.
