Trilby Smith
Trilby is the Senior Director for Programs and Learning at the Ronald S. Roadburg Foundation, where she manages grant portfolios related to Climate Action and Addictions. She has worked in leadership roles at several Canadian philanthropic institutions including Vancouver Foundation and Michael Smith Health Research BC.
Trilby is a lifelong political activist and progressive Zionist. She grew up in the Habonim Dror youth movement at Camp Miriam and was Mazkira Tnua of Habonim Dror in the 1990s. She also lived and studied in Israel for two years. More recently she was the board chair of the Camp Miriam board, and is also a founding member of the Canadian Supporter Group of Women Wage Peace.
Trilby met her husband in Jerusalem and has two young adult children who are now university students and leaders at Camp Miriam and in Habonim Dror North America.
