Lisa Walman Klein

Lisa Klein has dedicated her life to strengthening Jewish education and building meaningful community connections. As a leader in the development office at Bialik Hebrew Day School in Toronto, she actively supports initiatives that nurture Jewish identity and values. Lisa also volunteers at the Ledbury Jewish Chabad Centre, demonstrating her commitment to fostering vibrant Jewish life. A proud mother of two daughters—one graduating from CHAT and the other from Bialik—Lisa is devoted to maintaining a traditional Jewish home.

Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Lisa’s unique experience as one of the few Jewish students in her community shaped her understanding of Jewish identity. Her formative years were enriched by attending Jewish camps, including Camp Shalom, Camp Biluim, and Camp Kadimah, where her family has deep roots in Atlantic Canada. These experiences continue to inspire her dedication to ensuring a strong and connected Jewish future.
