Gary Daniel Goldberg

Have served as chair of several not-for-profit organizations including Glenn Gould Foundation, University of Toronto's Innovations Foundation, Nature Conservancy Canada (Ontario Region) and Canadian Technion Society, and as a director of Gairdner Foundation, Siminovitch Prize Foundation and Philanthropic Foundations Canada.

Was an Alumni Member of the Governing Council of the University of Toronto, as well as a member of its Executive Committee and Business Board.

Appointed by the Government of Ontario as Chair of Ontario-Israel Research & Development Monitoring Committee (2005-2016). Was a Member (trustee) of the Canada-Israel Industrial Research and Development Foundation (CIIRDF).

Was a co-founder and active sponsor of the annual Ilan Ramon International Space Conference held in Israel. Am an active supporter of Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel.

Received an Honorary Doctorate, from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, 2012

Was appointed a member of the Order of Canada in 2023.
