Brynie Lacob

I came to Canada in 1988 from Johannesburg, South Africa where I was an active member of the Youth Movement Habonim. In Toronto I have worked in both the public and private school systems to develop and impliment social and emotional programs.

While continuing to work in schools, I established my private practice in 2014 and focus on helping individuals, couples, and families.

From a foundational Bachelor's degree in Social Work, I went on to complete an Adlerian Master's in Counselling Psychology, and am a Certified Coach Practitioner. My accredited skills also include mediation and dispute resolution, separation counselling, social skills teaching and, most recently, collaborative practice family law training.

I am a member of The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, and Collaborative Divorce Toronto.  I work to develop an individualized approach with clients of all ages and life stages. Community development, participation, and cohesion are central to my practice.
